VIN Commercial is Co-Founded by highly experienced licenced real estate agents Arvin Golchin and Navin Upreti, formally known by the alias; ‘TEAMVIN’ whilst operating for a boutique agency for a number of years.

The duo built up a reputable track record of delivering substantial development site sales results across Sydney, predominantly within the Lower and Upper North Shore regions where they ranked No1* for a period of time within Willoughby.

This success, coupled with a succession of complex and lengthy acquisitions being put together for developer clientele inspired the confidence to go out on their own. The key driver for this new venture; to add further value to their clientele through a multifaceted service, promising to put the creativity back into commercial real estate.

ARVIN GOLCHIN

My professional journey has been full of eye opening and interesting experiences. I starting working within this great industry at fifteen years of age; voluntarily for a national real estate agency during the school holidays. I gained a bachelor of science degree within Real Estate management with honours from Anglia Ruskin University, UK of which is accredited by the Royal Institute of chartered surveyors.

I studied the Certificate IV in Property Services obtaining my licensed real estate agent status for NSW and am now proud to be a Licensee in charge. I have a well rounded understanding of all things property related having gained valuable experience working for internationally recognised organisations through to large and boutique privately owned companies.

NAVIN UPRETI

As a dedicated and proactive real estate professional, I am guided by principles focused on client service and support. One of the biggest decisions a person or family makes is the purchase or sale of a home, and I am committed to help clients manage risk and alleviate anxieties associated with the process.

One of the things that I believe sets me apart from others is that I have also had education in Accounting, which enables me to help home buyers and sellers understand the financial aspects of home purchases or sales. Recognized as a strong communicator, I offer a level of support that facilitates effective decision making.
